Education & Professional Training
Diane completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive Leadership at the University of San Francisco, where she deepened her skills in leading change, improving care systems, and supporting teams.
She later earned a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University, allowing her to bring her leadership experience directly to the bedside and exam room.
She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) – a designation that reflects advanced, evidence-based training in caring for women as they transition to menopause, and her commitment to helping women feel informed, supported, and safe as they make decisions about their health.
Clinical Experience
Diane is a Family Nurse Practitioner with training in:
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Diane’s RN clinical work focused primarily on neuro rehabilitation, caring for people recovering from spinal cord injuries, strokes, head injuries, amputations, and other serious conditions that required intensive post-hospital services. Those years shaped her deep respect for resilience, recovery, and the importance of whole-person, family-centered care.
Leadership & Practice Philosophy
In addition to her clinical work, Diane has extensive leadership experience in outpatient clinics, homecare, hospice, and clinical informatics. Her roles have centered on improving patient experience, outcomes, and access – work that included strengthening clinic operations, modernizing electronic health records, and expanding innovative care models.
That background now supports her work at Harvest Family Health, where she combines hands-on patient care with a thoughtful, systems-level understanding of how to make healthcare simpler, kinder, and more effective.
Diane’s approach is calm, approachable, and collaborative. She believes individuals deserve time, clear explanations, and a trusted partner who walks beside them as they navigate their health.
