Primary Care

For individuals and families seeking consistent, compassionate primary care. Designed in a way to provide accessible, reliable care from a provider who genuinely listens and partners with you.

Typically focused on adults, teens, and children aged 5 and above. Children under 5 may be seen on a case-by-case basis, based on needs.

What’s included:

Assessments and treatments that focus on enhancing your health, preventing, and managing chronic conditions.
Treatment of common short-term illnesses or minor injuries.
Care for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems, asthma, and mood concerns.
Medication management and refills.
Preventive health guidance and coaching (sleep, nutrition, stress, screening needs).
Baseline labs and imaging orders when appropriate.
Care coordination with specialists as needed.

Note: Vaccinations are not administered at our location; we will refer you to a local pharmacy or the health department.

Women's Health

For women who are ready to be seen, heard, and empowered with a trusted health partner.

Supportive, personalized care for women at every stage of life. Each visit includes a space to talk through symptoms, goals, and concerns without feeling rushed or dismissed.

What’s included:

Menstrual concerns, irregular cycles, or heavy bleeding.
Reproductive aging and menopause symptom evaluation, including lab tests as appropriate.
Breast health questions and screening orders.
Urinary and vaginal symptoms.
Sexual health concerns.
Medication management and care planning.
Care coordination with specialists as needed.

Note: IUD placement/removal and pregnancy care are not offered.

Hormones & Weight Programs

For individuals who want clear guidance, symptom relief, and a safe, realistic approach to hormones and weight management.

We offer an integrated, functional, and evidence-based approach to balancing hormones and supporting healthy, sustainable weight using a coach-based model. The goal is to help you understand why you feel the way you do, and to create a doable step-by-step plan that fits your life.

Detailed review of symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals.
Support for the transition to menopause and post menopause care, and hormone-related changes for both men and women.
Personalized hormone therapy when appropriate
Labs based on clinical need.

Physicals

Sports, Missionary, and other physicals

Convenient, thorough physical exams for youth, young adults, and senior missionaries. Everything is completed during a single visit, with forms returned promptly.

What’s Included:

Full physical exam based on required school, sports, or mission forms.
Review of health history, medications, and prior injuries.
Vision screening.
Completion and signature of all required documents.
Orders for labs, vaccines, or follow-up testing, if needed.
